Deep Art Effects combines a lot of AI features in one place—style transfer, upscaling, and even image colorization. It’s interesting how few tools still do proper style transfer these days. What I find really fascinating is that you can apply all these effects to videos too, not just images. And since it all runs locally, there’s no need to rely on an online service.
