Greetings... I have a tts "Change-to-110hz.mp3" speech file , and want to convert it to ~110 hz . tts files tend to have gazillions of frequencies due to prosody , I guess . I tried Gsnap to autotune but couldnt get good results . Anyone know how to do this ? Here is the file: https://vmars.us/ShowMe/Change-to-110hz.mp3 Greatly appreciated...
